What exactly is included in the guarantee?
SERVICE GUARANTEES. U.S. Secured Credit Repair Services ("USS-CRS") guarantees their service will increase the Client(s) credit scores by an average of 30 points per credit bureau within 6 months from the inception of the program if and only if the following provisions are met (a) the Client does not cancel the program during the 6 month period from the inception of the USS-CRS services, and (b) the client must follow the custom made plan in its entirety and follow all the necessary advice, and (c) proof must be provided showing the client did not stray from their custom made plan in any way shape or form, and (d)the client must have cooperated with USS-CRS and its employees to their fullest extent. If all provisions are met than USS-CRS will do one of 2 things (a) refund all the monthly installments and cancel the program entirely or b)continue the client(s) in the program for an additional 6 months for no charge. Under no circumstances will the initial setup fee be refunded due to that service already being provided which is the custom built credit repair program.
